I am applying for renewal of EAD .I have two question regarding that.
My husband is primary applicant.
1.Should I apply with his ID or I can create my seperate ID and apply through that.
2.For c9 Eligibility status which option should I select?.
a.family based.
b.Employment based .

I filed 485 last july and want to file EAD now. I had FP done last year. If I do efiling for EAD will I have to go to ASC for photos. I saw in other posts that they have linked Biometrics but what abt the photos ?

eFiling EAD will result in ASC appointment for code 2 biometics (Finger Printing of right Index finger + photo). You need to take the appointment letter and one form of photo id (passport or drivers id).
I had my ASC apt. for eFiled EAD last week (Feb. 12th).

For how long you are waiting for GC and for how long you are willing to wait more for GC?
A lot of people have been for a long time. That is the reason IV has formed to eliminate/minimize the wait.

Hi,
I have applied I-485 in July 2007. My Priority date is May22, 2006 (which is current as per August VISA Bulletin). But I haven't received the Finger Printing notice yet !!
I also went to Local Office but they also couldn't help me.
What I am suppose to do in that case?

Can you use your spouse's cross-changeability after you have filed for your I-140 already ? How time consuming is this for the USCIS to acknowledge ?
i am quite sure you can...infact you can do this at any stage including after filing I-485.
please verify with an attorney...you will need one to do it correctly.

I mean what happens after FP?
Do they work with your application only when the PD is current?
or they work on the application regardless of PD?
FBI namecheck starts after PD is current?
and when does a visa no. assigned?
