My agent says interest earned over the period is taxfree in otherwords, the maturity amount is all taxfree
Did anyone signed up and got your medicals done here?
Also I see this on their website....

I am >35 so need medical exams done and attested by a MD Doctor. I and My agent has no clue where to get it done. Doctors here charge for those test and not sure if they would attest those papers.

Hello,
If you have a valid dual purpose visa like H-1B, then you don't need AP to reenter US, but if your visa has expired, then you must hold AP to reenter the US. EAD is work authorization (which allows you to pursue employment without restrictions inside US), but it is not a travel authorization.

Ok, heres the problem. When i got to export my animation, it always slows down on the eighth frame exactly when its doing the ravid thing. I mean it will take 5-10 per frame until it gets to the eighth frame, then it takes about 20 minutes a frame...why? Is there anything im doing wrong???

I have been googling it since past few days but i could not get any solution of that. There is a class in C# with name SoundPlayer but i guess its not available in Windows 7 Phone.

I received my EAD but my spouse EAD did not arrive and it has been more than 2 weeks. The status says Card production Ordered.
I ehard USCIS asks us to anyhow reapply, so should I have to wait untill the 30 days have passed to reapply for replacement ead or can I apply before?. Is there any way the process can be expedited as my spouse has to work on this EAD. Any info is really appreciated.
Also can we work when we have the receipt for replacement card

We used to be in immi.com and murthy.com venting out how broken the immi process is and IV rose to provide direction and the lobbying effort admists incessant anti immigration forces.A new effort that take Guts to do ..that too being voulnteers!
Being a IV core member is a tiresome, thankless job...but still they continue to plough thro rocks..with meager funds and bunch of negative members..
Feb 15 will come and Go....we still need to work on getting our provisions into CIR...whether it passes or not this year..we still need our provisions to get into it..one cannot miss the window of oppurtunity...
Work will continue...be it Feb 15 or Aug 15..

So far, the USCIS has announced that it received 5,900 H-1B applications for the normal quota and an additional 4,500 for the advanced degree quota. These numbers were released yesterday, April 7, 2011.
In years past, many remember that the H-1B quota was exhausted as early as the first day of applications. Last year, the H-1B cap was not reached until January the following year. I would anticipate that with the economy still rebounding, the H-1B quota will last a significant amount of time. This will also ensure that everyone who can find a job offer this year will have a chance to make an H-1B application. After transferring my visa to company B, if i don't want to join immediately to company B and want to work for some more time in company A itself. Is this possible? do you get a FP notice only if you file AP and EAD along with your 485 ?
FP is for 485. so even if you dont apply for AP or EAD, u should still get FP notice.

Hi,
my F-1 Visa expired about a month ago, and I am in my grace period while waiting for my OPT to come through. Yesterday I got the notification that I won the diversity lottery..
My question is as follows:
If I file to change status in the USA, but for some reason I do not get my OPT and get deported, do I lose my chances with the green card? or am I never out of status since I have a pending application? Please help!
