I am looking for some feedback how is FexEx based in Memphis for joining on Ac1. How easy or difficult is to get a H-1B sponsorship and a new green card sponsorship etc ? How is their immigration lawyers ? I would also appreciate any other feedback on FedEx as an employer.

I came to US on J1 visa (exchange visitor program) and got waiver and converted to H1 visa. I could not apply for I-140 due to employers problems and now I have short of time for H1 extension.
Can I convert my visa to J1 again? Is H1 to J1 visa possible? Please advise.

I had applied EAD back in 2009.
I received my EAD which was valid from 06/02/2009 to 06/01/2010.
I had applied 485 back in August 6,2007.
So here are the questions:
1) Some of the instruction says, we should not pay for EAD application if we applied on or after 30 July 2007 though I applied in 2009 with application fee of $375.
Should I get back the above filling?
2) Why the EAD was issued for 1 year instead of 2 years for the first time?
3) If I apply now should I file with application fee? Because some instruction says that I donot have to send filing fee as this is a renewal.
4) Can I file electronically?
5) Should I file for EAD to Nebraska office where I filed 485 back in 2007?

Yes, it uses the same mount. Newer lenses usually have more data that is passed to the camera body such as distance, etc.. I'm not a Nikon person anymore, so double check of course!

The Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY), the Immigration Subcommittee Chairman, told the AP yesterday that he plans on introducing a comprehensive immigration reform bill before Labor Day and then hopes to have a debate on the bill in the fall. Schumer hinted that advocates for highly skilled immigrants are likely to be happier with the bill than those pushing for guest worker reforms for lesser skilled workers and that business and the unions have yet to reach a compromise. It seems that the TSC is processing the applications in the alphabetical order of the state. The info is based on some chinese forum. I am not sure how true the info is.
Are there any one from New York/New Jersey who have already got the receipt numbers? I have filed from NY and no info yet on our I-485. BTW, I am a july 2nd filer.

Hi,
I am filing the PERM application in EB2 Category. The position needs Bachelors + 5 Years (or) Masters + 1 year. I do have 30 months expereince after finishing my Bachelors degree and 11 months expereince after finishing my Masters degree.
Will I be eligible to file in EB2 as I have Masters degree and more than 12 months of expereince after Bachelors.
My questions is -- How do you count the expereince if its Masters + One year
Will you count one year after finishing the Master Degree completed (or)
Will you count one year after finishing the Bachelors Degree.
